Plan for at least 30' × 35' of clear setup space. Include room for safe anchoring and access around the unit.
Grass is ideal. Concrete and indoor setups may be possible with advance approval. Have a standard outlet within reach, or ask about a generator for parks.

Yes. The Toddler Soft Play unit is intended for gentle, age-appropriate play by toddlers and preschoolers, generally ages 1–5. Adult supervision and the safety rules provided at delivery are always required.
This rental is designed for little guests. For older children, choose a standard bounce house, bounce-and-slide combo, water slide or obstacle course so the activity better fits their age and play style.
Indoor setup may be possible in a gym, fellowship hall or large room with enough ceiling clearance and delivery access. Contact us with the room dimensions and a photo so we can confirm fit.
Yes. Rental equipment is cleaned, sanitized and inspected before setup. Our team also installs and anchors the unit for the approved surface.
